Spring Creek in Georgia

Trip Overview

I took my daughter, Courtney & her boyfriend, Daniel down Spring Creek Sunday. We put in @ Hwy 84 in Brinson, Ga. - & got out @ Smiths landing about 4 miles away on hwy 310.

The trip takes about 4 hrs.(current is about 1-1.5 mph) - depending on how long you spend on the rope swing @ the swimming hole & how long you spend @ the "Blue Hole" (an Amazing Spring about 2.5 miles down on the right which feeds the Creek)

Directions:

Take U.S. Hwy 84 w about 10 miles west of Bainbridge, Ga. to Spring Creek boatramp - put in there. You will need a chase vehicle to leave @ Smiths Landing - Take hwy 310 south until you see Smiths Landing on the right.
