Trip Overview

Sea kayaking is a wonderful way to explore the unique Bulgarian Black sea seashores inaccessible by land otherwise. Paddling along the coast will offer you scenic views and will give you true sense of area particularities with abundant and exotic arrays. You will have the opportunity to paddle along spectacular vertical cliffs, big cormorant settlements and if you are lucky you can see dolphins! Places you will see during this trip: Day 1: The white cliffs and the White lagoon near the town of Balchik, Thracian cliffs golf resort, cape Chirakman and Kavarna bay and the town of Kavarna. Day 2: The mussel farm sea fields of Dalboka mussel farm; Zelenka picturesque site, resting on a small wild beach, accessible only from the sea with a fresh small waterfall; historical cape Kaliakra - archaeological and nature reserve, which is about 2 km long and narrow headland; Bolata bay and beach - included in Top 100 most beautiful beaches in the world. Day 3: The red rocks and vertical cliffs on the way to Russalka resort; archaeological reserve Yailata; the high cliffs around the village of Kamen bryag (Stone shore); the sea caves around Tyulenovo village, once inhabited by monk seals.

Epic kayaks gear only! Sea kayak Epic GPX and Epic 16x or surfski boat Epic V7 and Epic V5, carbon paddle.

Conditions

The best conditions for this tour are from May to September. The temperature of the air varies from 25 to 30 C. The water is from 22 to 28 C.
