This route launches from Willard Beach just south of Portland, ME. There is public parking a few hundred feet from the beach.
Turn south out of Simonton Cove and follow the coastline down from Portland into Cape Elizabeth which showcases the beauty of Maine's cliffside shores. A small cove named Zeb Cove can be used for a turn-around or rest point about 3.7 miles south of Willard Beach. Zeb Cove lies in the Cape Elizabeth Land Trust and will provide a well sheltered spot to stop.
Continue back north to Willard Beach and surf the waves in.
