Launched under the Wabasso Bridge near Orchid, Florida with an old friend. He didn’t want to pay the fee at the nearby boat ramp. Paddled at the Pelican Island National Wildlife Refuge on Indian River near Vero Beach Florida. It's the nation's first National Wildlife Refuge. Saw a beautiful Loggerhead Turtle and a dolphin.
