Trip Overview

Narrow River is a fresh water fed river that dumps into the ocean. It starts off very shallow and quiet, once your about 1-2 miles from the ocean the tides and winds make it very interesting. Once you get out to the beach, you can surf the waves and soak up the sun. Check tide charts for am low tides and afternoon high tides...( this will make paddling much better )

Directions:

95 south to route 4 south to route 1 south to route 138 east to middle bridge road, various locations to launch (look for bridges over river).
