Trip Overview

Imagine a beautiful summer afternoon in a place that takes you back in time literally. An "Island Enchanted" by its lush, crisp, shimmering and mystical waters. The Great Lakes - Lake Huron - The one and only Straits of Mackinac!

With every shade of blue from an alluring electric to the deepest royal cobalt. There are no cars on the island. Just Horses and bicycles..literally back in time.

Kayaking in the waters of Mackinac is a pure joy! Here we kayaked to Round Island. Across the Straits to our Hiawatha National Forest. In our boats we had the most perfect view of all the fire works from Mackinac Island, Mackinaw City, St.Ignace and Cheboygan Michigan. The water was amazing!
