Kintla Lake, Glacier National Park

A self-supported trip created by Pertribe135

Trip Overview

Paddled Kintla Lake in Glacier National Park again. The lake is just a few miles south of the Canadian border. Spectacular views of Starvation Ridge and the Boundary Mountains as we paddled up the lake. The weather was perfect, light breeze and very warm. A few other paddlers but they stayed near the beach.

Safety Notes

The forest roads to the lake past the town of Polebridge are very narrow and curvy.
