Trip Overview
Once again as Autumn is quickly approaching, the gorgeous sunsets over Grand Lake St. Marys are just...awesome. 52 miles of shoreline on Ohio's largest inland lake and as many as 17 eating/drinking establishments are dotted along the many tributaries & pull-ups that circle the waterway.
The north winds in the Fall allow near perfect "yakkin'" over 2/3 of the lake. The 9.5 mile x 3.0 mile lake is so ideal for a DAY TRIP.
Look to Spring 2014 for organized family-filled fun as well as plenty of paddlin' through the next 2 1/2 months.
Do you like to kayak fish? Amazing crappie, bluegill, bass, and perch are biting right now !!
