Menorca (or Minorca) is one of Spain’s Balearic islands in the Mediterranean Sea. It is a low-key island, compared to its neighbors, Mallorca and Ibiza, and it is known for its endless beaches, from miles-long sandy crescents to rocky, turquoise-watered bays called “calas.” The capital, Mahon, is on a bluff overlooking a large harbor, with Georgian mansions and a church with 13th-century roots. Depending on the tides and weather you will explore either the northern or southern coast camping on beaches accessible only by boat. Your expedition there runs from May 20th through the 28th and a complete day-to-day itinerary can be found on Go Kayaking's website.
