Put in at Hart-Tish Campground. There is a Day Use and Launch fee of $7, but if you are a senior like me and have a National Park Senior Pass, it is only $3.50. I paddled from the dock to the dam and then out to Copper Boat Ramp and return - about 10 miles. Lake is full and a very nice paddle. Lots of debris still in lake from the winter.
