At the end of Windmill Point Rd/Rte 695, out of White Stone. This obviously is a boat ramp that washed out; it's now a public beach with sandy launch. Lots of parking just before, where it's labeled canoe/kayak launch; there's a hand carry launch with floating dock on Windmill Point Creek, accessed from north end of parking area. This is very well sheltered, and part of the Little Oyster Creek Canoe Trail. It also had a porta-potty. There is also a real ramp, well signed, in the boat basin just past the marina, with lots of parking.
