Put-in Point with boat launch. Easily accessible for even small cars. Very light current year around with virtually no rapids up or down stream. Water level in quite a few areas downstream tend to be quite low, so a kayak would be recommended over a canoe. Great for beginners. The fishing isn't the greatest, but it is still not bad at all.
This is a horrible spot to put in and take. Highly advisable to look elsewhere for access.
