Description

Stampede Reservoir is a high Sierra artificial lake formed by the Stampede Dam on the Little Truckee River. It is 6 miles long with 25 miles of shoreline to explore encircling 3,450 surface acres. Leveling out at 5,945 feet, it is nestled in the quiet mountains but is less than 30 minutes from Truckee, California.
