Perfect landing spot for launching upstream. We put in at Rum River Central Regional Park at the boat launch. It's a 12 mile trip to this landing. Slow river, so expect to do some paddling. Beautiful river. There are a couple of other launch points in between these two parks. You will need $7.00 to park at the Central park. No rapids at all. Just a super safe, easy river.
