This is a carry in/out only.
The bank is muddy under the bridge but there is a sandy beach down where Hunters Camp Rd dead ends.
We dropped a car here and put in up the road (4mi) at Stoney Creek store ($5 launch permit). It’s 9 miles by river (~4 hour paddle) to the bridge. You can put in here and pick up down stream. This is a great paddle with several class 1 rapids and calm water runs. Several shallow runs so late summer trek might be a challenge. Most property along the paddle is private so few pull over points along the way. I would say it’s one of the best so far!
