Yes, the parking here is public, free and plentiful at the end of River Street Place! It's in a residential neighborhood with a good number of apartment buildings. The land here used to be used for a ballpark and its parking, so the land is owned by the city of Lynn. You will have to walk through a few weeds and rocks to get to the shore, but the shore is otherwise an easy launch at high or mid-tide. You may have to walk through some much at low tide, so it's not recommended during that time.
