- Richmond Beach Saltwater Park
Description
Open from dawn to dusk (with gate at top of park) drive down to lower parking lot. You will need to carry or wheel your watercraft over a pedestrian bridge that spans the train tracks. There are seasonal bathrooms both at the lower parking lot and at the beach. Locals are lobbying with the city to install outside showers to rinse off post-paddle. The paddling from this beach is great and offers a surprisingly non-urban-feeling experience to the south and some fantastic low tide paddling both ways.
