Description

Portland Bay Conservation Area. Launch off shoreline (abrupt) or at ramp next door. Endless paddling: to St Lawrence River and Ottawa River. Lake can become very stormy / choppy. Usually moderate. Much boat traffic does not consider paddlers. Excellent scenery. Islands. Gas, groceries available.
