Park near 8854 Hooes Rd, Fairfax Station. Need mobile wheels or a strong back to carry 100+ yards uphill on the wide paved path, then 30-40 yards steep down the dam to the water. Pay attention to the “shortcut” sign right after entering the woods, as going “right” is the way to the lake.
