There is a parking area but then quite a long walk to get to the launch site. The launch site looks abandoned and overrun, but I paddled up to it recently and it does look manageable. You'll definitely need a cart or 2 people to carry, but I'd go with the cart. The good point is that this seems to be the only free-access site to Salmon Creek, southwest Braddock Bay (there's a marina that charges a ridiculous $7 for a kayak launch.)
