Description

Day use, small sandy beach for hand launching for sea kayaks. Best done at mid tide and up. Lots of shoreline and island to explore. Be sure to check out Maine Island Trail Assoc. (MITA.org) or Maine Coast Heritage Trust (MCHT.org) to learn about some of the islands that have been protected in this area.
