This is a state park so entry fee is required. Ft Zach beach does allow paddling but everything including inflatables is considered a hard bottom craft and has to be used outside of the buoys. It’s the ocean and the buoys are way out there so you are going to get a current workout. They also require you to fill out a form and register your board. They “have” access for paddling, but it’s not very friendly.
