Sea Kayaking is superb here, as it's protected by a little bay within the Golfo Dulce, offering a calm, glass-like water surface perfect for easy paddling. Float along the rainforest coastline, home to Scarlet Macaws, Toucans, and Howler Monkeys. This is really a birder's paradise as you can enter the Mangrove Estuary, and looping river by kayak to spot tons of colorful, singing tropical birds.
