Right after crossing the bridge going eastbound, there will be a bend. Off to your right on the bend is a noticeable pullout where you will see a footpath that takes you to the river. Not tremendously sure if this small section is private property. I believe it belongs to the people right across the road. We asked permission to launch from there and it was no problem. Our vehicle remained there for the day without issue. Minimally traveled road.
