Description
Great launch area, Small parking lot, perhaps 3 vehicles. Bit of mud and weeds at shore, but manageable. Launch is shaded with trees. Well worth the any inconvenience. Launch is at end of short road. Best in early morning for parking. 8:30am.
Lots of wildlife, Green and Blue Herons, Turtles, frogs, Loons, Kingfishers, Cormorants and other marsh related animals. Deer right across river from launch, near the shore. Easy Paddling. Some minor rapids and swifts, further up stream and further down stream.
