This is the marina area launch. A great launch point in a small park right across form the marina. Water can be a little oily and dirty as it is super calm at the end of all the channel action. There is a rinse station also. Paddling to the right has some nice secluded mangrove areas to explore or head toward the channel and to the right for a paddle to Gulfport Beach. Getting past the channel is easy it is not all that busy usually. Easy paddle to the beach and you can hit the restaurants and shopping if you tie up your boards/kayaks.
