Description

Access thru the gate at Kelly Park/Rock Springs. When you arrive, tell the gate attendant that you want to launch at Camp Joy. $5.00 access fee and gate code to enter Camp Joy gate. Caution! Bring a dolly! Looong portage from parking to launch. Bottom is mucky but 100 feet to Rock Springs Run. Go right after entering RSR to Emerald Cut.
