Site on Muskegan River has a nice drop off and launch. There is a beach area to launch from or a kayak launch on the dock. There is a parking fee of $5 (2021) and the parking can be tight on a busy day.
Vey nice river with clean water that you can see the bottom and occasionally some fish also.
Lots of tube floaters in this section of the river.
The float to Maple Island is about 2.5-3 hrs and the drive between these is about 15 min.
