Borgman Beach

Skagit Bay

Description

At the end of Borgman Road is a 40 foot wide public shore. This is definitely just a launch site. On both sides are private homes. There is room for a couple cars to park. There are no facilities, not even a tree to hide behind, (so do your business before you arrive here). At the very end of the road are a bunch of drift logs. It would be easy to slide your kayak over the logs. At high tide, there is not really any beach, because the water comes right up to the logs.

Updated July 2020: at high tide, there are still multiple logs and rocks to climb over to get to the water. Uneven footing. No sliding of kayak over this. At low tide, lots of mud. If you can't back up your car + trailer combo up a hill and a turn, then be prepared to unhitch and turn the trailer around manually. No room otherwise.
