Beekman Beach

Oyster Bay, US

Description

A passive beach next to the Waterfront Center in Oyster Bay, NY. Between Memorial Day - Labor Day, entry to park on weekends requires proof of residence within the township of Oyster Bay.

There is a protected cove that is ideal for beginner Kayakers and paddle boarders with minimal boat traffic. You can wade into the bay with your kayak and paddle board without any currents or breaking waves. The shallow beach is a nice area for family members to swim while the paddlers are out.
