Lowkey paddle spot. Small neighborhood lake and park with walking trail/path. There is a good area to put in on the backside. No motors. There is a fountain which helps with water quality, but there are many algae blooms. Popular with ducks, geese, turtles, heron. Popular fishing spot at shore and dock with large-mouth bass.
