Possible 7 mile paddle if you circumnavigate the harbor. East Hampton permit not required for parking but pull your vehicle up to the paved portion. Was told only East Hampton residents can park right near launch but I saw no parking signs indicating any restrictions. You can see the famous artist Jackson Pollock House from this paddle. Arrived to see a bald eagle and Osprey having a battle. Best to paddle around high tide.
