This is my first kayak and as a fly fisherman I really appreciate the fact that I can stand in it and it has more than enough room if you have a lot of gear. I try to be a minimalist but it never works out that way. Easy to paddle, tracks well and the seat is amazingly comfortable! Lightweight and easy load/unload. You do tend to get wet paddling but I believe that is operator error. Not much water gets in from the paddle if you paddle high and skim the top of the water. Also very affordable for a fishing platform vs some of the other brands.
