I ordered the Brocraft Kayak Outriggers/Stabilizers System to add more stability to my kayak especially when I'm paddling alone. They work very well. I can enter or disembark from very easily from the side of my kayak without fear of tipping. They do add a bit of drag when paddling and skew the tracking a bit but nothing major in comparison to the benefits. I get many compliments on my "smart thinking" when I'm out on the water. I was very thankful for them just this weekend when out during some windy conditions and strong currents. The people who capsized (though there inexperience also played a part in it) were wishing they had them. It was easy to put together and the set I chose fit right into my track system that came with my Jackson Kayak. My daughter said the only way she even enjoys kayaking is with the stabilizers on. Would definitely rig any other kayak I get with them.
