This is my first Kayak. So far I am very impressed with the quality of the Old Town. I found it stable and tracked well on calm water. I bought this as a novice Kayaker for recreation while camping. The seat I found comfortable. The locker sealed up very well. I would buy an Old Town kayak again based on my experience.
