As an experienced fisherman, I have owned several brands of fishing kayaks through the years, but have come to rely on Eddyline for beautiful looking and well designed products!
Eddyline kayaks are made of light weight Carbonlite 2000 material that provides a durable and high-gloss UV protective finish.
My C-135 is a beautiful looking kayak. It’s roughly the same width and length as my previous polyethylene kayak but it’s about 45 lbs lighter! It is much easier for me to manage for loading and unloading. It tracks well and once I learned about how to properly paddle using my waist and hips and not just my arms, it tracks even better!
The C-135 glides along smoothly and in calm waters is fun to stand up in to stretch your legs! The deck provides a very solid platform, whereas my kayaks made of polyethylene would flex and even crack.
The Eddyline hatches are well designed and have really helped to keep the water out of the hull. The Cloud 9 seat is removable, very comfortable and offers various seat positions.
I also purchased the Eddyline Mid-Fish paddle. It’s light weight, looks great and has performed very well in windy conditions.
Although Eddyline has recently discontinued the C-135, they continue to produce the Caribbean 12 and 14 fishing kayaks. I recommend taking a look at these if you are considering purchasing a sit-on-top fishing kayak.
