I had a lot of questions for this company concerning packrafts as I am a new paddler. They had the patience to reply to all my emails.. My packraft arrived in just over a week. My kids love the packraft and so do my friends when I take it for fishing trips . As its so small and light I keep it in the back of the jeep. Great value for money
