This has been a great kayak, particularly if you don't need lots of storage. It is fast, tracks well, and is relatively lightweight and easy to carry and move around. Maneuverability is great on the water. The only things I can think of that might have you look at something different are if you want to stand and fish, it can be done, but in my opinion, not quite stable enough for that. That said, it is also fairly narrow which many times is a plus. I already mentioned the only other thing to watch for, and that is storage. It has great, easily accessible storage inside the kayak, but the storage behind the seat requires a bit smaller crate than normal, and there is not much room for anything in front of the seat or around the legs. If not standing and don't need lots of space, I highly recommend this kayak.
