While I like my 12.5 Warren light craft I must say that delaminating, blistering and cracking does not sit well with me. Especially as they have "a lifetime warranty" When contacted them, Zac contacted me after 12 days was rude, impolite, not helpful, and decided I was the cause of the problem. After talking to a distributor of his I was informed he was not even contacted after several attempts. I decided to have a well know small boat builder repair my kayak. He was polite, explained the problem and how to resolve it.
Zac stated he would repair by next spring or summer, but as he is out of business, I gave that no credence. Roger Crawford of MA is who I selected to do the repairs, look him up on the internet and you will be impressed.
Also know that there has been a failure to deliver boats that have been ordered and paid for.
