I ordered a Remackel 2 canoe trailer last spring and was pleased by the great construction and excellent customer service. Remackel had a delay with my order, so I was called and told that I would get free shipping. The carrier that was to deliver the trailer refused to unload the trailer from his truck (!), so Remackel then made the arrangements for another carrier to get the shipment and unload the trailer - great service! The only problem I had with the trailer, which was pretty minor, was that one of the fenders did not fit the holes - I expect that the first bum carrier may have bumped the shipment resulting in bending the fender and that it was not Remackel's fault. I took care over the problem on my own and have been pleased ever since. Great job!
