I've had my Venus for a year now. I have to say I'm not real happy with it. I bought it because I'm only 5' tall and was told it would fit me great. Well, there are no adjustable foot rest, so I'm either too long or too short. It doesn't track very well, especially in wind. Slow river kayaking is fine until you hit a rock or stump, then over you go! Wish I had gone with a more stable kayak. I'm older and disabled and I needed something I would feel safe in. I still love it, but sometimes I can be fearful paddling it.
