This inflatable came with a hand pump, bungee ankle strap, shoulder strap to carry the inflated board and backpack that holds the SUP and accessories. I have used the hand pump to inflate it and I don't find it difficult. It takes a few minutes to inflate but it's a good warm up. I am about 6'5", 235 lbs. and had never used a SUP before and I found getting up on it easier than I expected. This SUP very sturdy and stable. It deflates and folds easily and fits back into its backpack so it is very portable. I take it with me every time I go camping just in case I find an opportunity to use it. My wife is 5'7" and she enjoys using it too and found it even easier to balance than I did.
