I was looking for a more secure and more versatile mounting system for my GoPro on my SINK. Settled on Railblaza, but had not actually seen or handled one live. Well, I am very impressed with their system and the accessories I have purchased.
At first I was nervous drilling a hole in my poly boat, but it was really a no-brainer and they supply all the hardware for various mounting setups, as well as excellent instructional videos.
These mounts, and the camera pole 150 three piece setup, are extremely versatile. They are so secure as to defy any loss, as long as you lock them in place. Best of all, movement on many axis is accomplished simply by using your hands to push the camera, pole, etc. into position. And that makes them easily change-able as well.
They're sturdy, light, seawater resistant and attractive. And they are not the most expensive system out there of this kind either.
I found the Railblaza line more extensive for my purposes than that of other manufacturers.
This stuff is for keeps!
