I have a Protec two face…
I have a Protec two face helmet and while they look the part I can say they have a serious design fault. I am currently recovering from being knocked senseless and receiving a dozen stitches wearing one of these helmets. The sides of these helmets are very flexible (Just grab one and push it in at the temples to see what I am taking about) they also have removable ear pieces which have a press stud clip. When you combine the flexibility and the clip any blows to that region of the helmet will result in the force transferring through the press stud straight onto the skull. I will not be wearing this helmet again.

I have owned one for about 5…
I have owned one for about 5 months, or perhaps 15 days of paddling. This is the only helmet I tried -- of about a dozen -- that felt comfortable on my head. I enjoy the ear protection.
My only gripe is that the strap is hard to adjust.
