I purchased this kayak a few weeks ago from Dick's Sporting Goods. I needed a short kayak that would fit in the back of the truck while I was towing my camper that didn't stick out too far. Since I already have a Hobie Outback and WS Tarpon 120, this was a much shorter kayak and it fit the bill. Plus since it was on sale for $169, I couldn't pass it up.
I bought it to turn it into a fishing kayak and have done just that. It comes standard with a small 4" hatch in the back, a stern well with bungees, and a pretty comfortable seat. I have added two flush mount rod holders behind the seat, side carrying handles, rear handle, dual paddle/mud stick keepers on each side, scotty rod holders in front of seat and near bow, anchor trolley with zigzag cleat, paddle holder bungees at bow, and several pad eyes for lashing my paddle, rods, fish grip, brush grabber, etc. Since adding all that is quite an exceptional small fishing kayak.
It is small and not the fastest nor the best at tracking but for the small ponds and lakes I wanted it for to fish while camping it will be great. It is very stable for such a small kayak and it paddles good once you learn the cadence needed to go straight. It is made from High Density Polyethylene (HDPE)
Pros: short and lightweight (32 lbs), inexpensive, stable enough, pretty comfortable seat, once additional accessories added it's a great fishing kayak
Cons: not the best at tracking, needed to add fishing accessories, side handles not standard, scupper plugs not standard, no rod holders standard.
