This is my first kayak that I have ever owned. I am 6'2" and 205 pounds and this is a good size kayak for me. There is also a ton of dry storage plus deck storage without being too large. This kayak is also fast and easy to control.

This is my first kayak and I am very happy with it. Being my first, I have nothing to compare it to. However, I can say that I am impressed with its stability and the ease with which I can control direction.

The one complaint I do have with it is the seat. There is not enough support in its construction and it contributes to a sore back after a long outing. As a senior person, I find this unacceptable and I am currently looking for a replacement.

Again, overall, I am very pleased with my purchase.

I really love my Ocean Kayak, Trident 11. It is on the lighter end of the Big Boy kayaks but it sure packs a punch. I am a female and find this kayak, comfortable and stable. I also find it to track extremely well. The only downside is that it's a bit too heavy but I manage.
