Excellent paddling gloves, and not terribly expensive. The palms seem to be leather (especially that tender place inside the thumbs). The back of the gloves is a stretchy material that dries quickly. They fasten with velco tabs on the top of the wrists.
I got a new paddle that had a design on the grips, and got awful blisters both times I used it. Once I got these gloves, I've had no more problem. Hooray!
