Bought this canoe in the late 90's and still love it. Had to replace the wood rails finally after almost 20 years of use and winter storage. The canoe can be "tippy" as some other reviewers have noted, but I find you quickly get used to it. It is by far the lightest canoe I have ever owned and the easiest to get up and going with. A couple of strokes on a flat lake and this thing is flying (thanks v-hull). As some other reviewers have noted, can be harder to turn. It can be used solo, but I find that really is not its sweet spot. Two moderate adults and their stuff, and it is the perfect day tripper/light weekender.
