The SLS Paddleboard Ergometer offers 9 levels of silky smooth resistance and a detailed on board console for performance monitoring. The reactive instability platform trains not only paddling but the feel of actually being on the water, which improves balance and provides a full body workout. You can also hook up your own paddleboard or surf board to build familiarity through board specific training.
