I love this kayak! It goes…
I love this kayak! It goes pretty fast, Has a rudder so it steers quite easily. It's plastic and I love that as I don't worry if we stop somewhere when ocean kayaking and we drag it up on a sandy beach or on rocks. The only drawback is that it also has keel. Not sure why. The keel can make it a bit difficult for getting into and out of on a beach or in shallow water with lots of rocks. I've been in a line of kayaks going across the same little patch of rocks and everyone with their flat bottoms goes right over, but my keel makes me tip significantly and I then become the comedy for the day as I end up in the water... It's a narrow kayak which is fine when I want to go fast out on the water, but with this keel, it can sometimes be a bit odd.
